Therefore, the undersigned hereby understands and acknowledges the above, and forever and irrevocably releases, discharges, and holds harmless Gulf Coast Air Solutions, LLC. of Ocean Springs, MS and its officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents and their successors, representatives, and

assigns from any and all liability, claim, loss, cause of action, damage, or expenses (including attorney fees) whatsoever arising from or related to exposure to bacteria, viruses, pathogens, or other microorganisms either before, during, or after the completion of Gulf Coast Air Solutions, LLC. of Ocean Springs, MS cleaning and sanitation services.
